Omelets are one of my favorite foods to eat at breakfast. But how do they turn out so perfectly? I've tried many different methods and recipes, but none of them seem to work! Today, I'd like to share some tips with you in order to make delicious and fluffy omelets every day.

When making omelets, it is important to be aware that eggs can be temperamental. They must be fresh, preferably from the organic market, and be kept cold until cooking. They must be kept cool, otherwise the whites will not form properly and the yolks may become runny. This causes your omelets to look oddly colored. If you intend to cook your eggs immediately, it's best to use room-temperature egg.

Another tip is to separate each egg before adding them to the saucepan. You don't want the white to get mixed with the yolk, as this could cause the egg to curdle.

The egg can burn if it is placed directly on the stovetop. Instead, microwave the egg for 10 seconds before adding it to the pan. The heat from the microwave cooks the egg just enough without overcooking it.

Next, let’s talk about mixing the egg. Mixing eggs together is important. You need to beat them well. You can do this by turning the bowl of your mixer upside down. Now shake the bowl vigorously. By doing this, the egg is thoroughly mixed with the air in the bowl.

This recipe works best using whole milk. Skimmed milk is also possible.
