Omelets is one of my favourite breakfast foods. But how do you create them perfectly? I've tried many different methods and recipes, but none of them seem to work! I have some tips and tricks to help you make delicious, fluffy omelets every single morning.

When making omelets, it is important to be aware that eggs can be temperamental. They must be fresh, preferably from the organic market, and be kept cold until cooking. If you don't keep them cold enough, the whites won't form properly, and the yolks will break down too much and become runny. This causes your omelets to look oddly colored. If you want to make omelets right away, it's best not to use eggs that are too cold.

Another tip is to separate each egg before adding them to the saucepan. The yolk and white should not be mixed together as this can cause the omelet's curdle.

The egg can burn if it is placed directly on the stovetop. Instead, put the egg in the microwave for 10 seconds before putting it into the pan. The microwave heat will cook the egg just right without making it too hot.
